The Aeronyx Charter Permit Process
A structured, compliance-driven process ensures every non-scheduled flight is fully authorised and operationally prepared — from initial brief to post-flight invoice.

Client Brief
Client contacts Aeronyx with full flight details — routing, PAX count, aircraft type, and date.
STEP 02
Charter Permit Application
Aeronyx applies to CAAB for charter flight permit (Form CFP-01) — minimum 72 hrs domestic, 7 days international.
STEP 03
Overflight & Landing Permits
Aeronyx applies for overflight and landing permits from CAAB on behalf of the foreign operator.
STEP 04
Diplomatic Clearances
Diplomatic clearances coordinated with MoFA via DGFI liaison where required for sensitive flights.
STEP 05
Ground Handler Brief
Ground handler briefed at HSIA / CGP / ZIA as applicable; special requirements communicated.
STEP 06
Slot Secured
Airport departure and arrival slot secured with Bangladesh Airports Company (BAC) management.

Regulatory Authority
All charter flights into and out of Bangladesh require a CAAB charter flight permit. The OSPL holder submits on behalf of the operator per CAAB ANO-02 Section 14 / Form CFP-01.
